What was the added value of this financing for you and your company?
As a potential buyer, NEOS offered me a fast and above all predictable process while taking into account my wishes. As a result, the acquisition of the company has been achieved to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Especially for the staff as well, who are closely involved and connected with the company
Why did you choose for direct lending as financing solution?
Presumably forced by all the regulations and complicated and lengthy internal procedures, traditional banks were not an option for me to complete the transaction as I envisaged it. Both in terms of lead time and financing needs, they were unable to get close to what was needed to make the deal. NEOS appeared to have recognised this market imperfection and offered me a financing solution through direct lending.
